TSB and mortgage

I have an existing mortgage with TSB and am looking to sell and buy somewhere more expensive and want to transfer the mortgage and borrow more (to avoid the £3k early departure penalty) but when TSB have looked at how much I can borrow, they’ve said they can see credit issues. However, my Experian report gives me a score of 999! So they’ve suggested sharig this with them so they can appeal and ask the underwriter to consider.

Lenders don't look at or care about the "score".

They will only look at the raw data on your files.
