    Sixth Anniversary 10 Posts
    I now have the court papers asking me where I would prefer the court hearing. I am not sure my appeal was strong enough so not sure what to do now.

    You have not appealed and not sure what you mean, strong enough for what?

    A defence is not meant to stop the process or just be read by a Judge there and then and a decision made in your absence. I did say that already, in post #39...

  • Just had mediation service on a call. Parking Eye are offering £125. I have said £60. The mediation doesnt feel my case is strong enough in his personal opinion and I dont have the time for this

    Rarely ever a chance of satisfaction at mediation. Mediators almost always tell defendants they have little chance in order to edge them towards paying the claimant. Then he/she can tick their 'Case Settled' box!

    What do you intend to do now?
