All posts in a thread are numbered

This is #14 in your thread

Post #2 is the second post in the newbies FAQ thread

Newbie No. 2 refers to NEWBIE sticky post # 2. The NEWBIE sticky is quite a long thread so it is split up into separate posts, this being post # [STRIKE]14[/STRIKE] 15 on this thread, you want post # 2 on the NEWBIE sticky thread.

Now I have the court letter without any kind of appeal it seems I am dead in the water and I should just pay the £175. Is that correct?

Have you read nothing about this? Done no research?

It is an INVOICE for the damage they allege they suffered when you so recklessly did what you did to them. You owe then nothing unless a judge says you do.

Judges are not fools, they know that most of these claims are unlawful. For goodness sake man do some reading and stop worrying about these low life ex clampers.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

I have but I haven't had the mental capacity to take it all in of late as more important things on my mind at the time. It isn't' exactly that easy to read forum threads and take in that much information as a newbie. There are many helpful people on here but equally many that are quick to jump on you for every little misplaced word.

Having just read the claim for its for my other car!!!
This was one i did contest with parking eye. They gave me fine for being in the car park longer than I paid for in the holiday inn. The ironic thing is I was sat in the car making phone calls and not even parked in a spot!
