Distance Selling
Hi, just got a quick question about the Distance Selling Regulation thing.
Scenario:
Bought phone over the telephone (Had to do bank xfer instead of paying by CC online).
Opened it up, used it for a few days, and installed the PC software for it on your PC.
After a few days usage, decide its not for you, so wish to return it.
If the item and everything else is in perfect condition, are the company allowed to charge a 'restocking fee', varying from 15%-25% according to their website?
Thanks
