Just received a letter from the County Court:
It is ordered that:
1. Claim S/O an not compliant with CPR16
2. Because this order has been made without a hearing, the parties have the right to apply to have the order set aside. A party making such an application must send or deliver the application to the court (together with any appropriate fee) to arrive within seven days of service of the order.0 -
Thats great!
What date is on the Order?0 -
19th of September. Just wonder, from your experience, how likely is it that they will appeal?0
