Sky Broadband deal with £120.00 M&S voucher

Hi just to let people know i have just tried to sign up for the Sky deal with £120.00 M&S voucher. What MSE don't know is if you want to keep your current phone no. You can only phone Sky you can't do it through the web site so as you can't complete through the web site broadband genie say you haven't completed the deal and therefore can't claim the voucher.

Bit of feedback on the call with Sky. They connect you to an automated call system a "bot". Its not very good if you ask for a new broadband contract she thinks you are either moving house or want to leave Sky!, Eventually you get through to a call centre i guess in India. They guy was every helpful and after taking my details sent to a UK call centre. Again the guy was very helpful although spent 10 mins trying to sell we Sky TV as well. If you wan the Sky packages he was selling it for an extra £11.00 a month
