If you read the thread I linked to above the person won in Scotland as the ppc couldn't prove who was driving.

It's a good job nobody has admitted driving in your case isn't it?

There is no way research like this can be done on a phone. Use a PC or laptop.

Ok, I'll get on the case tomorrow with a laptop and fire off a SAR.

I called SMART parking and asked them to give me the dates of when the contraventions supposedly occurred and they state that there are 5 in total, and in this case they are only persuing me for 2 so I fear there may be more coming my way.

Your main defence might simply be the lack of evidence of who was driving, as long as you know what to say if/when the Judge asks you the question directly.

Why keep posting on who may be the driver?
Edit all posts where the driver's identity is being discussed!

So are you saying that I should dispute it?

What would one in that position say?

Refuse to identify the driver of course.

And please take the repeated advice to edit your posts

The ppcs monitor this forum and can use posts in your thread against you in Court

I am under no legal obligation to identify the driver?

Thanks for everyone's help, my skills lie elsewhere clearly!
