We do NOT use any appeal from other websites, even though the Parking Cowboys resource is good again, since it cut its ties with its rotten links that were dragging it down to gutter level.

The NEWBIES thread here has the right appeal to use, and PPCs recognise it. That's part of the tactic.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It is a Royal Arsenal estate in London. I live in the estate, but not on that street. On both occasions the vehicle had to be parked there overnight due to certain people visiting me and there is only space for one car. Parking in the whole estate is managed by another company, except the road my car was parked on which is managed by P4PARKING

    Sorry for the interrogation

    :;);)

It may help us see if there is another way round this

What's the parking regime on this street? Is it meant for anyone on the estate? Is it permit parking? etc
  • It is for 'permit holders only' however it is unclear how to obtain the permit as are always same cars parked there without permit so I was quite confused.

I will compose an email tomorrow morning, complaining to BPA.

Complain to Steve Clark about the PCN number not working on the appeals website and having no other valid way to submit an appeal in time:
