yes, by studying the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread near the top of this forum, plus this should have been done when it first arrived

if the NTK has your name and postal address on it, then it is the NTK providing it was the first one they sent out by post after the event (so not the reminder)


a windscreen ticket would not have any name or address on it, because the driver would be unknown

i have gone through NewBIES sticky thread, however could not find anything in relation of POFA regulation and wording. would you be able to advise any specific thread that i could read any find out if NTK comply with the law called POFA in timescales and wording.

i have gone through it and found followings:

Paragraph 9
(g)inform the keeper of any discount offered for prompt payment and the arrangements for the resolution of disputes or complaints that are available; - they dis not put anything original NTK and 2 reminders after that.

They opnly have following in red on their NTK and reminders
PROTECTION FREEDOM ACT 2012 and Referral to legislation.gov.uk

and this one ....
(8)In sub-paragraph (2)(g) the reference to arrangements for the resolution of disputes or complaints includes—
(a)any procedures offered by the creditor for dealing informally with representations by the keeper about the notice or any matter contained in it; and
(b)any arrangements under which disputes or complaints (however described) may be referred by the keeper to independent adjudication or arbitration. - nothing

Hi Coupon Mad,

they have reverted back saying that they can not change the system and want me to contact BW legal and ask them to change their system. should i follow instruction ?

That is ridiculous.

Report TPS to the Information Commissioner's Office for refusing to rectify personal data when requested.
