- All letters/emails sent and received, including any appeal correspondence earlier.
- if the car park was Pay and Display, please provide a PDT machine record from that day, of
payments made.
- All data held, all evidence and a full copy of the PCN, NTK
- and a list of all PCNs you are considering are outstanding against me and/or VRN. Please be advised
that any claim must be for all PCNs in one claim, not several separate claim

I have requested them above. they have sent me pictures and date when car went in and out, however there is no email correspondence internally or info where they obtained my new address.
can i send you their reply somehow ?

Any copies of any documents they've allegedly issued? The original PCN?

I pity the poor minion that would have to explain that to the Judge...

What about copies of the PCN, the Postal NTK and any and all reminder correspondence ?

If you know there was more correspondence than you received, a complaint to the ICO is in order.

so was this a copy of the first postal pcn , known as an NTK and if so did it comply with the law called POFA in timescales and wording ?

or was it a windscreen ticket ?

Look at the ICO's webpage.

It tells you exactly how to complain about personal data mismanagement.

it was pcn and they have allegedly sent 2 more reminders. apparently it was not windscreen ticket. I dont know if it has complied with POFA as i am not familiar with regulation and wording. should i research POFA and NTK?
