DRO and self emp expenses
Finally have money to pay £90 for DRO. On application I put £300/month I need to live. Now I can see next month I will get around £400 but £100 will be reimbursements from job. Do I need to tell and explain to Payplan this or just do nothing and keep payslips, invoices just in case somebody will check one day?
for example my expenses £20, but payment will be £60 = I earned only £40

If Payplan want any more information, they'll ask.
You need to pay the £90 on the barcode and then tell them you've done so, as there is no mechanism for them to know unless you do.
For self employment your income is your net taxable, which is best determined from your annual accounts. I assume they've already calculated that.0
