They managed to cover almost 300 miles with an expired MOT. Maybe MOTs are something other people do and not them?
Or its from Southern Island, either way it seems an after thought on the owners part as the dates still don't match.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

"All hackney carriage and private hire vehicles licensed with Wakefield Council are subject to a compliance test, either annually if the vehicle is under 5 years old or every 6 months thereafter."
Not according to your quote.
The compliance test is instead of an mot.
I think you're bought an ex mini cab so should be ok as your Uber.0 -

Why pull it if the drivers done nothing wrong?
It may have been used in an area that doesn't run the mot database. But it's most likely an ex cab.0 -

Thank you for your email dated 12 June 2019, concerning MOT history.

It appears that the vehicle registration NU63LFN did pass (and fail) an MOT test on the 13 February 2017, but the MOT record is still under a previous (private) registration plate, so the information is not being displayed under the current registration on the MOT history website.

It is only the DVLA that can update an MOT certificate to the new registration when a vehicle goes through a number plate change, so I have forwarded the MOT details to the appropriate DVLA department and requested them to update the details, so the information on the MOT history website should update in the next few days.
