HUAWEI P SMART sorted it now
The reason was it was set for battery power saving once id changed that then the sleep mode was accepted and I could change it for upto 10 mins I set it at 2 mins and will see how it helps
Sadly the battery power saving mode cant be used has it goes back to 15 seconds so its a case of saving power or keeping the screen open again A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL0 -
