Ring tone

I have everything I need, and most of what I want, but it would tickle me to have a ringtone for my new phone - namely the bit in Ed Sheeran/Justin Bieber's song 'I don't care' that goes doop doop doop doo doo doo (you have to sing it!). Just that bit on a loop (does that mean repeated?) not the words. Any advice for a old techno klutz?

Download the song, edit out the part you want in an audio editing program such as Audacity, save as mp3, add to phone, set as ring tone.0
