You call under 5K large?
RM has more than that in Edinburgh alone.
Anyway, if you think thefts are linked to organisation size. Try sainsbury's. I believe they employ more staff. The size of the organisation wouldn't matter if supervisors and managers did their job properly.0 -
How do you mean 'sealed good'?
To be clear I have seen thousands of items poorly packaged.
plenty of freebie type junk whacked into envelopes not fit for purpose.
These split,burst,pop open.
Vouchers don't fall out of envelopes Willy-nilly, nor are they the work of sorting machines.
Also, what sort of deranged animal would eat someone's wedding cake and leave a half eaten jacobs cracker in it's place:

Not really a proper service, is it?0 -

Would it not be easier to Google it yourself before even posting?

9 years ago? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
you really are on one.
Wheres the unreserved loyalty? As other members posts have proven on this thread, The free samples were poorly packaged.
I mean unless you feel they are making false statements?0 -

Those are some isolated incidents (from 4,7 and 2 years ago, respectively). The scale at Royal mail is much much worse.
Anyway, we tend to put more faith in the postal system than if a sainsbury's staff supervisor has his hand in the kitty. (not that it's any less serious by any means)9 years ago? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

It doesn't matter if it's yesterday or 9 years ago, if it's continuing to happen.
Ah those are 'isolated incidents' but you have figures to back up your claims with regards to RM?0 -

Unless they were so poorly packaged that they simply fell out and someone (not affiliated to Royal Mail of course) took them to the store and used them.
I suppose that's how some electrical goods end up in living rooms. They simple fall off the back of a lorry!0 -

So wheres the stats for your statement,or the relevance for this thread?0 -

As for backing up my claim. Have a look at this post/thread:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/76055407#Comment_76055407Funny how [M&s bank] send the voucher numbers electronically when you contact them. It's as it they are aware that the vouchers are lifted in the post, so to beat the culprits cashing in on them, they send the customer the numbers electronically in the hope that the customer will spend them before the light fingered bandits.0 -

So in short. You have a couple of forum posts.
You would need to quantify those 'stats' given RM will likely pay out on many items that were delivered or not delivered through packaging/address issues.
Feel free to hit up your MP or regulator.
I don't think frothing on a thread where it seems the initial 'stolen' cries has been proven to be poor packaging will aid you either way.
Think you need some time in a dark room.
There's also a nice Praise & vent section for you to spew into0
