    That may mean landlord won't allow sharing/lodger ! I will call and discuss with them - just in case.

    The person posting on your forum does not have a great command of the English language and looks like they are equally ignorant about the law, have made lots of things up and can be ignored
    Eg. Registering your house with Health and Safety what ever that means
    Thank you for your advise. I do take advise on chat rooms with loads of salt and check on forums etc.
    About language, I also have poor English language skills because I had to change to English during my under-graduation study. So, I can understand many the situation of many such people :(
