Trying to access my virgin media account online but when you go to sign in it takes you to a new screen asking what your email address ends with then when you click that a pop says site not found.
anyone else having trouble or is there a new link ?
they raised my payment from 43 to 51 month and do not recall them sending anything though to warn me about the increase. its a basic BB/TV package and they want £600 a year off me?

They're changing the site and parts of it aren't working, the NTLWorld email address link for one doesn't work.
I'd call them, I'm guessing that's the end of a discount you had.0
