    Hi all,
    An update on the case. We have been given a court date of 3 December at our local court.
    How do we prep for this? I would like to also add in anything I file now that the permit was actually displayed (as shown in the pictures taken from the ticketing officer) so I should not have got a ticket in the first place. I can take a scan of the permit, and also circle the permit shown in the pictures.

    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    Did you submit a witness statement and exhibits/evidence 14 days before the date of your hearing to the court and the claimant?

    Oh dear.  Good luck if you did zero prep or reading and put in no witness statement or evidence, in breach of the Order of the court.

    Phew!  You need to submit whatever the letter tells you to but it is normally as you say, WS, evidence and summary costs assessment.

    I have drafted a witness statement. Do you mind looking over it to see if it is suitable?
    I would like to also reference the 2 cases in my index somehow. Does someone mind advising on some type of wording towards the end?
