Anyone know where Android keeps the lock screen image?

Hi everyone,

I'm getting a new phone on Monday and I'm backing up all the stuff that Google won't transfer over.

I can't find the lock screen image? It's not in gallery or in the app that I downloaded it with (Zedge).
Tried looking with the phone connected to the PC, still no joy!

Anyone know the path Android uses?

The phones a Mi Max 3 running Android 9 & MIUI 10.3.1

If it is one that came with the phone then it is likely that it is a location you can't easily access. If it is one you provided then you have to remember where you saved it.

System root so you need to access root .

Just tried that and it works very well for both wallpaper & lockscreen pictures. Nice find.
