Screening lifting away from Nokia 7 plus body
The screen on my nokia 7 plus is lifting away from the body, and the screen it's getting very unresponsive.
Nokia online support said this is physical damage, and not covered by the warranty, but I can send it off to be assessed, and they may repair it under warranty work.
Has this happened to anyone else, and what was the result? My fear is that Nokia will assess that it's physical damage to wriggle out of repairing it.
Don't want to pay their extortionate rates to replace the screen, I would rather buy a new phone

If it's less than 12 months old you should contact whoever you bought it from. The warranty is with them. Any manufacturers warranty is in addition to your rights under the sale of goods (or whatever it's called this week) and is only a limit warrant.0
