So I've been tasked with selling a number plate for my mother-in-law and I'm not sure of the best way to sell it. I think it might be quite a valuable one, but I'm not 100% sure. PEN 1S was. It was on a bronze Mk5 Cortina that was round and about Heathrow back in the day. I think that has been withdrawn now. In the same area I used to regularly see CLA 55Y as well.
