MSE communications with London Capital & Finance

Over a period of several years, forumites on the Savings and Investment board reported receiving legal threats in an attempt to prevent them from warning others about the inevitable problems with London Capital and Finance.
Now LC&F have folded, could MSE please share details of the communications they've had with LC&F's legal representatives. I believe it would provide invaluable information as to how these scams are marketed.
I know from personal experience that other dodgy firms use the same tactics, and obviously MSE can't divulge these communications while the companies are operating, but now LC&F's house of cards has collapsed there's nothing to lose by sharing the info.
