Stopping making canned sponge puddings is very sad, these have been a staple pudding on scout camp for more than 15 years and more. Now heinz have decided in their wisdom to stop producing them we have to go without a great pudding. These individual plastic packaged alternatives are no good when you have to cater for 30 scouts and leaders. The cans can be boiled and divided into 3 which is cost effective. Buying 30 separate plastic puddings is not and there are no microwaves in green cow/sheep fields!.0
