So is it Victorian Plumbing or Victoria Plumb?!

Because I wouldn't buy anything from Victoria Plumb. Especially not anything metallic.

It's Victorian Plumbing, I haven't purchased anything from Victoria Plum just stating that one of the bathroom fitters who gave us a quote has an account with them.

Agreed. It's more effort getting compensation than it is doing a tip run with a few other bits that need to go. You spend the money trying to recoup money that you never really needed to spend.

In reality, a bathroom replacement involves a skip sat on the drive/street.

I'm wondering how I'd go about getting a reasonable quote for removing *just* a toilet from a registered waste carrier. It would cost way more than it should if one were being practical about it.

We were unable to have a skip as where our house is located we don't have a drive, only a cul de sac where the public car park is, nowhere to put a skip in. That's why the bathroom fitter cleaned up every day and we disposed of the rubbish daily. We were managing quite fine with the rubbish until this whole toilet debacle happened.

No, Victorian Plumbing only sent a replacement toilet pan, nothing else extra apart from the mounds of packaging paper, pallets and boxes that came with the three deliveries.

Base on your experience, I guess victorian plumbing will be a no for me whenever I need bathroom products.

Yeah, best to avoid them. We bought the bath and other major stuff from Trading Depot and QS Supplies.
When I thought there were scratches on the bath's front panel, Trading Depot were quick to offer a replacement and collection of the other front panel.
