Five working days elapse tomorrow since my latest contact regarding a complaint logged in August 2018."Director Support" promises response within 3-5 working days.

That sounds like a proper nightmare and a half, if ever I've heard one. :eek:
I think if I were in your position, I would just go straight to court, not passing go, not collecting £200
