Scottish Power Contact Details Plea
Morning lovely MSErs,
I have been in a loop with Scottish Power complaints mechanism since August 2018 , and am more or less getting to the end of my patience - so much so that the original grievance is now paling into insignificance next to the frustration with how I have been dealt with since.
Letters , though uploaded to my account message section, are not answered.
Emails are met with the usual platitudes of "we are working very hard dealing with your complaint ", and direct me to phone ( for which no records are uploaded ) or online Chat ( ditto ) .
I have spent many , many hours, no one that I can speak/chat to can do anything apart from saying I will be contacted in five working days . Drum roll meaningless emails begin again.
Does anyone have a phone number ( apart from the usual 0800 Customer dis -Service ) that might help me to cut through all the BS and get something done?
I also have the option of referral to the Ombudsman, this goes against the grain a bit with me ( I know it shouldn't really ) as I always try to be fair and amicable , and tbh I'm worn out with constantly re-iterating everything.

have you tried emailing the CEO? (be polite) There is a list of CEO email addresses available on line.
Tried pasting it here but just comes up as load of !!!!! ?

I sometimes wonder if the CEO doesn't sit at the very end of some long filter though, but I suppose it wouldn't hurt.

I doubt anyone there is going to have access to your domestic energy account.
I would urge you to continue to follow the suppliers complaint procedure.

Any complaints I have had I always find that emailing the CEO tends to get prompt action.
However others may do in a different way.I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -
I was passed over to Scottish Power by Ofgem when Extra Energy ceased trading . I think S.P. are a nightmare , do not just take my word for it, go to Trust Pilot you will soon see what I mean ! !0

I would prefer it if you would explain your own experience as to why you find this supplier "a nightmare", or is it solely based on what you have read on the internet?
