Vodafone Package ends 11th July-When can I transfer without penalty?

As stated coming up to my last month of erratic Vodafone Broadband with many drop outs.

When can I transfer away without penalty? Surely I don't have to stay right to the 11th July end?

Whenever the minimum term ends, so for you the 11th July, unless you can persuade them to let you leave early with and early termination charges.


You can sign up for another provider before your minimum term ends. As long as the actual change over date is after your minimum term ends then you will have no potential early exit charges.

So I have phoned Vodafone & I can transfer away within last 30 days without charge as the bill is charged 1 month ahead. So charge 11th June is up to 10th July.

So for me any time after 11th June I can transfer away without charge but I will have paid Vodafone up to 10th July.

Did Vodafone tell you why you had drop outs .
The line ?? ( as moving to another OR ISP may have the same drop outs .

No not recently but I did contact them some months ago but it has got worse to the point that even catch up TV buffers a lot.
