Marbles Credit Card

Hi folks
Please can you advise me, I'm new here, so I hope I've posted in the right area.
I have just received a letter from Marbles, informing me that they have sold their Credit Card accounts to a company called, Aviemore Funding Limited, I tried an internet site to check them out, but can find no information on them.
The letter also contains this ominous sounding paragraph.
' Please note that under the terms of Aviemore's agreement with us, they have the right to make certain changes to your account and/or the related credit card account'
Should I be worried as I have a very high balance with them? Anyone ever heard of AFL? Can I complain the Financial Ombudsman, if the new company hits me with a rate hike?
I will be grateful for any help, advice or information, anyone can provide, as I am extremely worried about this.
Thanking you in advance.
