Restrict?????? Where does it say that?
They just drive them like a PCP car that they know is going back- well actually like a PCP car that is going back and they don't have to pay for any damage to
They're being pedantic.
Kerbed.
Curbed. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

You need to gather more evidence than that. My wife's then X5 was damaged by the official valet parking at Heathrow. They tried to evade it. Guy in the office tries to tell me to drive away and phone in. Unluckily for him, I am a photographer and have a medium format camera plus a macro lens with me. I take photo of the damage to the front wing of my wife's car plus the corresponding mark on the pillar it is next to and the damaged alloy at 1:1. Person I spoke to says manager too busy. Tells me to contact via phone next day after driving away. I ask him am I as stupid as I look. Eventually he agrees to get manager. I show manager on my laptop the damage showing fresh fibreglass damage and showed him the damage on the pillar on photo and in person.
Result he types out a letter on headed paper accepting responsibility on behalf of APCOA who run the official valet parking at Heathrow. The guy that tried to tell me to drive away and contact them when I got home turned out to be the guy that parked it against the bollard.
I now park the car myself in short stay and keep the keys if the trip is only a few days.
Never let a company rep go before checking your vehicle. If they try and flee record them accepting any damage is down to them...0 -
Not helpful for this post, but this is one of the reasons why I always get a train or taxi to the airport. So much easier.0

Small Claims Court will sort this. Sounds like you have enough proof. You only have to show that they more than likely did it, not absolute proof beyond a reasonable doubt.0

A bit off topic but Premier Inn do park and stay deals at most UK airports where you get a night in the hotel and free airport parking while you are away. The night in the hotel often costs much less than just the parking alone at the airport would do.
Sometimes you leave your car actually at the hotel and sometimes its a secure car park somewhere else with a shuttle.
And... a free breakfast.0
