Hi guys, just an update...I used the blue template from the NEWBIES thread for the 1st appeal, but I'm curious how long it takes them to reply? I'm asking since it's been over a week and I've received nothing from them as of yet.

Basic information that you need to be absolutely on top of as a minimum if you are to efficiently tackle this bandit raid on your wallet. It's all there in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky.

Just an update guys, APCOA have cancelled their stupid 'PCN' on the first appeal to them without even needing to use POPLA. Thank you everyone for your patience and for answering my (silly) questions. On a side note, have there been any other instances where APCOA have cancelled on the first appeal?

Many. At worst, they capitulate when a decent POPLA appeal is submitted.

If I was to get a parking charge, I'd want one from APCOA! :)
