Forgot to register my car in London low emission zone - please help ! Huge fine
Hi all, I’m so upset I just got sent through a london low emission zone fine I genuinely did not know about this fine and visited last weekend with my son. I don’t live in london. The fine is £1000 and I simply do not have this money. It’s s first time offence and I am on a low wage I could never afford this. Please can anyone help with advice on how to appeal this ? Many thanks

The grounds for exemptions and discounts are given at the link below. It's doubtful that not seeing any of the signs warning you that you are about to drive into the ULEZ is one of them.
