itv hub catch-up problem

Hi


I haven't used my itv hub account for ages, but am trying to catch up the last episode of the Hatton Garden Job.


I've signed in, verified my email and can watch ITV live, but I can't play catch-up although it tells me that I'm "Now Watching" against the last episode. There's no play (>) icon and nothing obvious to get it to play. I've tried to catch-up other programmes and they don't work either. My wife can play it on a tablet but I'm trying on a lap-top.


What am I missing?

EDIT: I've logged out and back in - same problem.


BBC iPlayer and All 4 both ok.

Just tried The Hatton Garden series and there's no problem on Windows 10 & Chrome 64 bit. What are you using? Have you tried a different browser?

Fine in Firefox but can't get it to work in IE and Edge you have to lock and unlock the parental guidance padlock. ITV player has always been flaky.
