Well In all honesty I asked peoples opinion on the price nothing else so you haven’t been helpful yourself have you .

I'm going to presume this is aimed at me as it appears you haven't found the quote button yet. How can anyone give you an opinion on a price if there is zero information about what you're trying to purchase? The answer will be worth zero.

It's like trying to buy a car. You could spend a few hundred or even a few million. Either could be a bargain, either could be a dreadful mistake. There has to be a context. Give us some proper context instead of drip feeding information

Of all the people on this board, I'm one of the most qualified to help you with it. You can either provide a decent level of information and take the benefit of some free advice from someone who earns a decent living charging for it, or you can throw stones at me. Your choice.

What I will tell you is that quoting is an art, not a science even with pages of information provided. Treat the process seriously and look at the quality of your builder, their work and your potential relationship, not just the price (especially to the exclusion of all detail), as the builder doesn't have to live with the result - or lack of one.
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
