I'd go ahead with the appeal, on the basis that:
    a) If Jason is unable to attend, you can explain why, and the appeal will be paper-based.

Obviously paper-based appeals are less likely to be successful than an oral hearing, but at least you will have your appeal considered.

    b) Having put the appeal in you can withdraw at any time, if you decide to.
But if you don't put the appeal in you now, have lost that opportunity, and can't appeal at a later time.

    c) Get a copy of Jason's medical records - if they support an award these can then be sent to the tribunal as evidence.
Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.
  • There is a charity organisation that deals specifically with PIP ESA form filling and actual help at assessment or going to MR at court
They are called “Fightback” and I have them on Facebook they have a great track record ...just message them to see if they can advise you
    Good luck ...

You don't attend the MR at a court. The MR comes before a Tribunal.

Fightback charges for their services and there's agencies out the that will help for free.

Be good to see evidence of that statement?

    Thanks
