Talk Talk, possible problem

I changed over to a new plan with Talk Talk on 21st May - at least I thought I had.
My old plan had been increased without warning (we had the warning after the money went out) to £46, which included faster BB, unlimited calls to UK landlines and mobiles and an international boost.
The plan I changed to was £25 for the BB, but I couldn't find out how to apply the call boost.
Having looked at my account today, both the boosts are still in place (I have cancelled the International one), but I cannot see where to find out how much I am paying for all this.
I can see my latest bill, which was back in May, but cannot see a plan breakdown for my current costs.
Can anyone please help?

  • Hi

You could phone Talk Talk but it takes an absolute age to get through.

Better bet is probably to live chat them through their website and they can take you through the bill. Think it's only on office hours though.

    Best of luck.
