Heads up!!!
as a regular overseas tvaeller and after many years of trouble free car hire I have finally been scammed by NIZA CARS at Malaga Airport who are trying to charge me 200 euros for a small make on a passenger door handle that I did not cause.
As a regular traveller I have annual excess policy
most concerning was the consistent narrative from NIZA staff 'don't worry you are insured' it made me suspicious tat this is pre meditated fraud being perpetrated on the insurance companies.Shocking attitude. Please avoid them if you have booked with them CANCEL IT NOW
