can someone suggest what to order-i dont know avon products at all
  • I have just placed an order, and worked out I have saved £20 off the usual costs! Great.

Sadly I missed out on reading all of the forum before placing my order, otherwise I could have saved on the delivery costs too! Oh well you live and learn. Next time eh!

  • Thank you to Horace for the link and rachelmk for the discount code, I stocked up for Christmas!
Dont forget to go through Quidco I got 4 lots of the 5 for £5 deal for 15.30 (inc quidco cashback) saving £39.70

WOW!!! ordered lots - came to £9.00 for 10 items. went via by Quidco (thereby getting 15% discount) , punched in the Birthday code for free delivery and a further 10% discount and paid by 12 month 0% interest credit card, which I save at 6.14% high interest account. Only annoyed my 15 months 0% card has not yet arrived. Am I being too money-saving here?
Just changing my signature here !!:D

I went for 3 x 500ml shower gels for my son and o/h...as they use loads of the stuff and you cant really go wrong with basic shower gel. Then a christmassy smelling shower gel for me, simply because it sounded nice, and a room spray, chamomile and lavender I think it was, again just because it sounded nice.
No doubt I could have got other things and saved more money, but as I dont know Avon either I just went for basics that I know will get used.

2008 gig list... Nickelback + Staind (OMG...Staind ROCKED!!), Roger Waters, Infadels, Pendulum, The Police, K T Tunstall, Breed 77, Biffy Clyro....oh, and Motorhead :D
  • Excellent Find! Thanks sooooo much.

Now the dilema is...do I tell the lass at work who is our Avon lady that she has just lost an order (and probably a customer) and do I tell all the others at work about this great offer through cashback sites and discount codes?

    Ooeer what shall I do????

Debbie........You take their orders and do it through Quidco on your account and make yourself a few £££'s for Christmas....that way you and your workmates are winners....but the same might not be said for the Avon lady!...

    'Ding Dong' Avon calling!:D
