One item was missing from one of my orders...I mailed Avon and they dispatched it without any questions....in one of those BIG boxes....for just one make up bag!!!!!!!!!!This post was created in an area that may contain nuts!0

I hope it's the same for you, but all of my bags/make-up bags were in cellophane. The gold weekender bag was in really thick polythene, the rest were in sealed cellophane and waterproofed.

I just rang them, the lady took my details and said they'd pass them over to the deliveries department who will collect the damaged stuff and bring the replacements. Ok, I ordered the returns, but by the time i'd got to my house my housemate admitted she hadnt checked the goods, and they were actually all fine. I rang up to cancel the replacement, and they said just to refuse it if it came. I was out yesterday and it was delivered, and the note inside the box says I havent been charged for it.
