Hi guys, I was wondering if you could help me, RE: My rights.

Basically, I ordered from AVON and it was delivered today. I wasn't at my house to get it, and neither were my housemates. Whoever has delivered it has left it on the front door, and it's been pouring with rain so the contents of the box is completely ruined. Please tell me AVON won't lead me down the garden path and say I have to contact whoever delivered it? It's over £35 worth of stuff, including presents I bought my mate for her birthday

I had to sign for mine, so not sure what might have happened if I'd been out.

Is everything ruined?

Everything is soaked through according to my housemate. There was definately noone in when it came, and it definately wasn't signed for.

I only asked because my deliveries were delivered as others have mentioned above - large cardboard box and with no packaging. Luckily, there was no damage, apart from a loose top from a pump and spray type product.

Any material things, like make-up bags, have been wrapped in cellophane, so waterproof.

It's a shame when a good offer goes wrong. Here's hoping that it has a happy ending. x

Makeup bags and stuff were wrapped in cellophane? I ordered 2 of the gold shimmer bags, the black makeup bag thing and the gold weekender bag. Hopefully they'll all be nicely wrapped!
