TV Freesat via Satellite Dish Help Please!!

You need to connect the T.V to the dish, so if the wires coming from the dish are definitely the cut one's, that's what you need to plug in. In which case, buy a couple of plugs and refit them and then it should work:-

P.S. Did you retune the telly after plugging the satellite wires in?0 -
I did try to re tune it but didn’t have much luck. I decided to call an specialist to come out & they mentioned it might be the Sky Q as mentioned above. As I’m not great with the cabling/re wiring etc etc thought I’ll leave it for the pros!
