    Your opening post told us that fsopfitzgerald is the registered keeper of the vehicle - because you said you received the postal PCN.

    The first line of your second paragraph told us the relationship between the keeper and the driver.

    All good so far, but...

    It only needs one further slip up to identify the incident, e.g. precise time of the event or reg no of the vehicle being inadvertently posted and the parking company knows the identity of the driver.

    They need the driver's identity in a Byelaw case.
