    Am in a similar position myself, as far as I understand if they do not give or deny consent within the 42 days they are no longer allowed to deny consent for any of the only legal reasons they could have denied it for as stated in Housing Act 1985 s92 schedule 3

  • Help im currently on 60 days after putting paper work in, survryor been gave jobs to do as we have dun with in the 30day.
    Only to find out the survyor is now on long term sick and has been for at least 3 weeks with out us being informed, they have said we have to wait but dont give us a time frame its bcc they are no help at all what shall i do the elderly couple are to distested as they need the move asap and have taken up all thier carpets in the home.
