Urgent advice needed - County Court Claim.

Hello again. As you may have noticed by now, I am somebody who tends to procrastinate and leave things to the last minute. Well I've done it again, I need to get a WS in by 4pm tomorrow or my defence will be struck out! So a few words of advice/assistance would be so welcome if you have time.
Firstly, can I submit my WS by email as a PDF or does it have to be printed and, in my case, hand delivered to the court?
Secondly, do I have to provide PE with a copy of my WS and if so can I email that?
Finally, I am still chasing the landowner to try and persuade them to get the charge/court claim cancelled but am having trouble convincing them that they have the power to demand that. Can anybody direct me to the PE contract with landowners and in particular the wording in the 'manual' that allows the landowner to enforce cancellation of a particular charge notice. Also, does the landowner have the power to stop a county court claim in it's tracks wih only a couple of weeks before the hearing?
