Post # 7 tells you about DQ's and the fact that you might get the PPC's before one from the court and what to do in this case.0

Thanks Le Kirk. Are you referring to the post by Archived User on IamEmanresu's thread? It sounds as if I need to chase up the court then?0
-
Or, even easier, download form N180 from the .gov website.0

No, I am referring to post # 7 on page 1 of THIS THREAD the one that was posted by KeithP.Resourceful wrote: »Thanks Le Kirk. Are you referring to the post by Archived User on IamEmanresu's thread? It sounds as if I need to chase up the court then?0 -
Well, the N180 form came through a couple of days after my last post!
I need to file it today so am currently filling out the PDF version. Can anybody supply me with an email address for the Northampton CCBC? There doesn't appear to be one on the paperwork I received.
Should I email a copy to PE today as well?
I've had a copy from them already. Interestingly, under D3 Witnesses they put 0...! Does this mean they're not going to turn up?0 -
I've found this address: ccbc@justice.gov.uk
Hope it's okay to email a filled and signed PDF copy to them. It's too late to post a hard copy now anyway.

Why are you continuing to leave everything to the last minute?Resourceful wrote: »I've found this address: ccbc@justice.gov.uk

Send your completed DQ to the CCBC in the same manner and to the same email address that you sent your Defence.
Refresh your memory on that by re- reading post #7 above.
Remember to send a copy to the Claimant - address on your Claim Form.0 -
Thanks for the reminder Keith, I'd forgotten I already had that email address from filing my defence.
DQ filed and auto response received at 15:33 with almost half an hour to spare...!0 -
Hi again. Just a couple of quick questions please.
I've just realised that I haven't sent a copy of my N180 DQ form to Parking Eye yet. Can I email it to enforcement@parkingeye.co.uk or is there another address I should use?
Also, I've recently been offered some work which takes me away for several days in October so was wondering, as I haven't yet been allocated a hearing date/time, if I could make an ammendment to my DQ form by contacting Northampton and letting them know that I would be unavailable then.0 -
Hi all. Can anybody direct me to the exact wording in the Parking Eye manual that gives the landowner the authority to order cancellation of a PCN or court claim?0
