Hi all newbie to the benefits side of life.

I get ESA and DLA X2 Child for my autistic children, I get PIP at enhanced mobility rate and that is it.

I get Contribution Support group rate ESA.

I bit into a piece of fruit today and it was rather hard and pulled out large section of dental work I had done a number of years ago and it is rather painful.

Not familiar in the way NHS works out who is entitled to assistance with costs or what forms I need to fill in.

Is it the HC3 partial help with costs form I need to fill out?

ESA contribution based isn't classed a benefit that would entitle me to full costs?

sorry if this covered elsewhere just needed to fire this one off.
