    Do you mean she wouldn't even allow your ordinary costs (e.g. for loss of leave) capped at £95 for a full day, that do not depend upon proving unreasonable conduct? She was wrong and you were not ahead, you were out of pocket.

    Sorry for not checking back on this. No she wouldn't allow anything. She clearly didn't have a lot of patience for any aspects of this case. 

    Edit: i say that, i didn't say anything like "not even my ordinary costs?" for clarity. But it was pretty clear she wasn't offering any ground really.
