coke and diet coke are on 2 for 1.29 just now and you can put coke/diet coke into either a red or green meal deal. i don't know if any other drinks are on offer but boots don't seem to sell pepsi only coca cola fizzy drinks so must have some sort of tie in with them for fizz. Other drinks might be on offer but I don't know as the Inverness Eastgate Centre only has teensy chiller with coke/diet coke and water in them and no longer sells the sanwiches so i can't have a Meal Deal *i know i should be used to it by now but i resent having to pay £7+ to get to the Meal Deal stockin branch safel* although it seems to have taken in more crisps and chocolate lately, when i asked if the increase in crisps and choccy meant a possible Meal Deal return the SA said they wouldn't have enough room downstiars to fit the big sanwich chillers in now even if they wanted to reprieve them in our branch - sigh.my advantage_card is like gold dush0

The Advantage machine at Boots gave me two free vouchers today - for same day use.
1. A box of 16 Boots brand compact tampons
2. Any boots pantyliners
I know from past threads that the machines have given these out in the past (but not to me!!), so I was delighted. The actual value of the items I chose was just over £3.
Probably like before not everyone will get the same offers, but if you are in need of these type of items it is probably worth a go with the machine somethime soon.0 -
I absolutely do NOT believe it today!!!!
Was able for the first itme in AGES to go to the Boots Retail Park Invernss and actually purchase a Meal Deal, but did i check the machine to see if it was still spewing out couposn on them?
No - one there isn't one near the food and drink as i only needed that @ the Retail Park branch so just went straight there and B i cannot see the machine as it is stupidly dark, so now unless i have a relation with me i miss outo n the offers as the staff are too busy, and Mum didn't come in WITH me she went off to get flowers @ Tesco's *as otherwise I wouldn't have got an excuse to go to the Meal Deal Stockign Boots*
I only realised when i came out, and i forgot about my second use of a double poitns coupon when it was too late as well, as will have to use my mirror tokens on friday and pay for everythign seperately so i can't use it then!my advantage_card is like gold dush0 -
just went to boots - again - and managed to use 4 mirror coupons together, and the bogofs, and the tampon/towel vouchers from the advantage card machines, and 10 percent off too. maybe it helped that they were about to close, and my son was yelling for a snack. the assistant was amazed - but nice, when my total went from 40 pounds down to 5 pounds. yay...
so - borrow a small irate child, and they'll do them all together.0 -
Not even going to ATTEMPT to use more than one mirror token in a seperate transaction, as some of the sa's ~ the town centre boots can get awfully growly about taking more than one coupon at a time - i much prefer the staff @ the retail park but as it's awkward to get to for me hwo is dependant on public transport if travelling on my own i don't get to the retail park much, shame as that's where the sandwiches now live *i know, it's almost a year now, you'd think i'd learn.......*my advantage_card is like gold dush0

There is a 1/2 price sale on childrens clothes at the moment with a lot of their summer range included. Our toddler hardly has any summer clothes so OH persuaded me to buy a swimsuit (was showing full price but came up as less at the till), shorts and tshirt outfit, a skirt, 3 summer tops and a couple of pairs of socks. They came up at £29l, but I used a double points voucher (sent through the post) and a 250 points when you spend £25 from the advantage machine, they also randomly added on another 250 points (like they do) and gave me a £5 voucher for spending over £25.
So got childrens clothes which cost approx £50 full price for £29 and received £9.80 worth of points + a £5 (off almost anything) voucher.0 -
Are these just instore or are on the site too?? Sorry, if someone has answered this question, not been to trawl through all the messages. The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket. :rolleyes:0
