    I've contacted Sky via Live Chat several times in the last 2 weeks, never had to wait to get through to them ?

    Well I have just tried for the fourth time today and it is......BUSY!
    Friday and Saturday at 0829 it is not available and at 0830 it is BUSY!

    Not sure what your tariff is but 03 numbers on three are 3p a minute. If you’ve got a twenty minute wait that’s 60p.

    I realise it’s not very money saving but as this situation seems to be stressing you out I would be tempted to pay the 60p to resolve it.

    Try calling sky around 11am as they tend to be quiet then

    Finally had some time during the day to sort this. Used the 0800 151 2747 and got through to a Scottish lady who is arranging for an outside fault to be dealt with.
