VENT trying to contact Sky!

So we have been having trouble with slow BB for a few days and now we have no phone!
To contact Sky we have been trying to phone the 03 number but there is always a declared 20 minute wait, my mobile is payg and I do not want to loose all my credit waiting for Sky to answer,
there is also Sky chat but that is constantly busy!
So now I have written a letter to their complaints, not a satisfactory way of getting a fault reported in this day and age!

Do you have a landline? Calls to Sky customer services are free if you have a Sky talk landline.

Oops sorry!

Try a website called ceo email, should be the first result in Google. Send a brief email outlining your issues and they usually get in contact pretty quickly.

The OP states that they have no phone, they don't say that they have no internet, only that their internet connection has been slow. (something that they have written twice).

With a broadband connection it's possible to have internet even if the phone side of it's faulty.

Contact the CEO of Sky - the complaint will be passed to their Exec complaints dept. We did the same thing after getting little or no response from the normal complaints team & it was resolved quickly.

Don't know about Sky but BT let me run diagnostics after signing into my account on 4G.

It took me all of 5 seconds to type "sky freephone number" into Google and I got 0800 151 2747.
