The core issue is that you need to identify the MAM i.e the meter asset manager,that is,the organisation that OWNS the meter. Are there any identifiers on the meter ie labels such as this meter is the property of ....


As a last ditch attempt to try and break the log jam you could possibly try to report a "no gas" situation to the gas emergency service? Not ideal but if their call handler identifies that its a meter fault,they may well say,,oh you have to ring your supplier,but more importantly,you can then cross check the data they have ie the meter serial number and the supplier they have listed.
